Torino - Comando Provinciale di Torino - Un popolo di ?«fantasmi?» difficili da identificare. Le mani segnate dal solvente o dall’acido, ma nessuna impronta digitale.

Una ?«copertura?» che è insieme libertà e condanna perché consente di entrare in un circuito d’illegalità dal quale poi diventa quasi impossibile uscire. Un espediente, punibile da un uno a sei anni di reclusione.

Ad ingrossare le file sono spesso tanti giovani immigrati, spesso anche minorenni, venduti dalle famiglie in patria e poi costretti a delinquere perché l’assenza di un riconoscimento legale impedisce loro di ottenere un documento d’identità .

Il fenomeno delle impronte digitali abrase, che negli anni scorsi si era diffuso soprattutto nel mondo dello spaccio di stupefacente, è tornato a farsi sentire. Sono finiti in manette infatti: un 28enne e i suoi due complici di 21 e 20 anni trovati in possesso di 300 grammi di cocaina, già confezionata in 21 ovuli da trasporto nascosti tra un mobile di legno e il tubo della caldaia della loro abitazione. Nello stesso alloggio, posto sotto sequestro, sono stati anche rinvenuti e sequestrati 4mila euro in contanti, sostanze da taglio e materiale per il confezionamento delle dosi.
