In manette un 40enne: tentava di acquistare due smart phone con documenti falsi

Roma - Comando Provinciale di Roma - I Carabinieri della Stazione Roma IV Miglio Appio hanno arrestato un rappresentante partenopeo, di 40 anni, incensurato, per possesso di documenti di identità falsi.

L’uomo, nel pomeriggio di Giovedì, all’interno di un negozio di telefonia, di via Regilla, ha tentato di stipulare due contratti telefonici con relativo acquisto di 2 cellulare smart phone, del valore di oltre 1000 euro, utilizzando un documento d’identità falso ed una carta di credito, sulla quale i militari stanno eseguendo degli accertamenti per risalire alla sua provenienza.

I militari sono stati avvisati telefonicamente, dal responsabile dell’esercizio commerciale, e dopo essere intervenuti hanno proceduto all’arresto dell’uomo e al sequestro sia il documento d’identità che della carta di credito. L’uomo è stato trattenuto in caserma a disposizione dell’Autorità Giudiziaria in attesa del rito direttissimo.
