MUSICLAB: Donazione di strumenti musicali ai bambini ricoverati

Che la musica abbia effetti positivi sull’umore è cosa risaputa ma, studi recenti hanno dimostrato che se studiata fin da piccolini facilita l’acquisizione di capacità espressive e creative per una serie di motivi, primo fra tutti il divertimento e il lavoro di gruppo ma anche, per esempio, il coinvolgimento di attività motorie e di memoria. Musiclab è un progetto, un laboratorio musicale che è nato dall’idea del M° Letterio Ammendolia, professore di chitarra alla scuola secondaria di I° "M. Buonarroti", dell'Istituto Comprensivo Regina Elena di Roma, per la creazione nei reparti pediatrici ospedalieri di spazi musicali dedicati ai bambini.

Il Progetto del Prof. Ammendolia, in questa prima fase, è stato finalizzato alla raccolta di fondi per la donazione di strumenti musicali al Policlinico Umberto I di Roma. Martedì 21 maggio, alle ore 11.00, presso l'aula magna della clinica pediatrica, ci sarà la cerimonia di consegna che sarà arricchita dalla presenza di alcuni dei ragazzi dell'indirizzo musicale che suoneranno alcuni brani di Mascagni, Bartok e Rossini.

Della Scuola parteciperà, oltre ad alcuni professori dell'indirizzo musicale "M. Buonarroti", la Prof.ssa Franca Ida Rossi, Dirigente Scolastico dell'IC Pietro Maffi per le Medie Inferiori della nostra Scuola in Ospedale e Responsabile della Scuola Polo Ospedaliero del Lazio.
