Mettete in un tegame a soffriggere nell’olio due spicchi d’aglio,poi fate a pezzetti i funghi ,non troppo piccoli ,calcolate trai cinquanta o cento grammi di funghi a testa ,cucinandoli i funghi perdono peso e spessore ,aggiungete del peperoncino e fateli cucinare .Dopo qualche minuto aggiungete i pelati e fateli cucinare .A parte cucinate la pasta e conditela con questo sughetto.
Cogliere il frutto rispettando l’essenza,questo è un atteggiamento corretto nei confronti della vita ,
anche questo atteggiamento fa aumentare lo scambio energetico ,se non riuscite a procurarveli freschi i funghi ,usate quelli coltivati,con la solita accortezza di evitare prodotti trattati ,si lo scambio c’è sempre ma con i veleni e questo è un argomento che approfondiremo con qualche altra ricetta.
