Barletta (BA) - Comando Provinciale di Bari - Sebbene sottoposto alla sorveglianza speciale è stato sorpreso senza la carta precettiva e con un telefono cellulare a lui vietato. Dovrà difendersi dall’accusa di violazione degli obblighi inerenti la sorveglianza speciale di P.S., un 49enne di Barletta, arrestato nella tarda mattinata di ieri in quel centro dai Carabinieri del locale Nucleo Radiomobile.

I militari, stavano redigendo un verbale di contestazione per una violazione al C.d.S. a carico di un parente del 49enne, quando quest’ultimo lo raggiungeva poichè contattato telefonicamente dallo stesso conoscente. Giunto sul posto e riconosciuto dai militari che gli hanno chiesto la carta precettiva, lo stesso riferiva che ne era sprovvisto. Il successivo controllo ha consentito anche di rinvenire nella sua disponibilità un telefono cellulare che è stato sottoposto a sequestro. Tratto in arresto l’uomo è stato associato presso la casa circondariale di Trani.
