ROMA. La camera ha bocciato le norme sulla Rc auto contenute nel Ddl sulla concorrenza. Il sottosegretario alle attività produttive, Mario Valducci, intervenendo prima del voto, ha detto che la questione verrà affrontata organicamente al Senato.

Le norme sulla Rc auto (articolo 17 del Ddl sulla concorrenza) che la camera non ha approvato riguardano i meccanismi risarcitori dei danni e la predisposizione da parte dell’Ania di una lista di autoriparatori convenzionati. Considerando le divergenze nella maggioranza sulle norme sulla Rc auto, il sottosegretario ha espresso parere contrario all’articolo precisando che il governo riformulerà le misure in vista della seconda lettura al Senato.
