E’ un associazione di Biella La Prima Stella Onlus e il suo Presidente Luigi Ferrante tutti i cittadini devono intervenire

Sabato 21 luglio ore 11,30, presso il centro operativo di SantAgostino Soccorso del Comune di SantAgostino, il sindaco Fabrizio Toselli, indice una conferenza stampa alla presenza del presidente della "La Prima Stella onlus” dr.Luigi Ferrante. che presenterà la sua squadra di di tecnici abilitati alle perizie di agibilità. I tecnici ,eseguiranno gratuitamente le perizie, per le famiglie che non possono permettersi di pagare la perizie, e che non possono attendere , i tempi lunghi della burocrazia,per rientrare nelle loro case, Sarà data precedenza agli anziani e alle mamme con bambini.

Si chiede alla popolazione di essere presente tutta a questo incontro ,dal momento che il presidente della prima stella onlus Luigi Ferrante aveva promesso alle persone in difficoltà di fornire le perizie gratuitamente a chi non poteva affrontare o anticipare questa spesa. chi ha interesse a chiedere,fare domande ,e provare la necessità immediata e quindi la precedenza,venga alla riunione,cosi’ potremo insieme spezzare i tempi della burocrazia,vi chiediamo di avvisare tutti i cittadini,di essere presenti,per il loro interesse.

Liniziativa è stata promossa da La Prima Stella onlus, associazione di volontari,di Biella, che con entusiasmo, concretezza e determinazione sta collaborando con le popolazioni di SantAgostino e San Carlo di Ferrara, dal post terremoto; sia seguendo le esigenze direttamente nei campi delle tendopoli. In seguito allappello diramato dallassociazione e dal suo presidente dr.Luigi Ferrante hanno risposto: tecnici, geometri, architetti, che si sono resi subito disponibili ad iniziare il lavoro.

Limpegno dellassociazione La Prima Stella onlus di Biella è da sempre quello di supportare non solo la prima necessità ma anche la ricostruzione. Infatti La Prima Stella Onlus su indicazioni del sindaco Toselli, intende avviare un progetto per la ricostruzione della nuova scuola materna. Ricominciare a vivere e recuperare la propria quotidianità, i propri spazi, le proprie case, è unesigenza primaria da tutelare con ogni sforzo.
