La commissione Vietti per la riforma degli ordini e delle professioni è divenuta un organismo istituzionale a tutti gli effetti: riconosciuta per decreto dal Ministro della Giustizia Castelli sarà integrata dal responsabile Giustizia di Forza Italia, Giuseppe Gargani, e da altri cinque componenti di cui non si conoscono i nomi ma dei quali si sa che saranno tre avvocati, un ingegnere e un funzionario europeo.

E’ inoltre slittato al 31 dicembre il termine ultimo dei lavori. L’ordine del giorno di giovedì prossimo prevede l’esame dei principi generali della riforma. L’idea di delega al Governo sulla regolamentazione delle società fra professionisti, non è condivisa da tutti i commissari. Le professioni sono invece unanimemente riconosciute come competenza dello Stato, così come la loro formazione e le norme per l’accesso. Nulla di definito invece sulla disciplina ordinistica. Della Commissione fa parte anche un rappresentante di CONSILP Conf-professioni, la federazione delle associazioni professionali di cui fa parte l’ANMVI in rappresentanza della professione veterinaria. Si tratta dell’Avv.

Sergio Paparo, incaricato da CONSILP Conf-professioni di produrre al Ministero della Giustizia una sorta di “statuto del professionista”. La sua nomina è stata ufficializzata dal Ministero della Giustizia, in considerazione del ruolo di “parte sociale” acquisito da CONSILP Conf-professioni un anno fa.
